Christine Roy Hymel passed away on January 4th, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted wife of 52 years to Randy Hymel, a loving mother to her sons, Derek (Leah) and Patrick (Aurora) and cherished Mimi to her four grandchildren Joshua, Anna, Fletcher and Finley. Chris will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and care she showed to everyone around her. She found great joy in lively games of Mexican Train dominoes with her friends, and her shrimp and mirliton dish was a favorite at family gatherings, always bringing people together. She leaves behind a family and many friends who will forever carry her love with them and be grateful for the time they shared with her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
