John Franklin Carter was born November 12th, 1974 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Frank and Doris Carter.
John passed away July 2nd, 2025. He is preceded in death his mother and father; his sister, Sue Scoggins and stepdaughter, Keithia Cochran. He is survived by his wife, Susan Carter; stepson Colton Glanton and one step daughter, Kayla Neal along with four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He's also survived by his two sisters: Tammy and Alicia and three brothers: Jesse, Edward and Frank.
John loved to spend time exploring in a new adventure and when he got a chance he'd go fishing and camping and hang out with friends.
He will be dearly missed.
