Mahala Noel Franko was born December 21, 1992, in Midland, Texas. She grew up in the beautiful state of Washington which led to her lifelong love of the mountains and being out in nature. Shortly before her high school years, the Franko family returned to Texas. Settling in The Woodlands.

Mahala was an industrious and curious young woman that continuously wanted to learn. It led to her excelling in so many roles, especially in the oil and gas industry. She made a difference everywhere she went and worked.

Mahala was very talented and loved music. She had a beautiful voice that blessed so many people and continues to bless others. She had an endearing smile, a warm, inviting smile that made you want to call her friend. Mahala had a great sense of humor and brought so much joy to everyone she was around. She lived up to her name by having a tender, loving, forgiving heart.

She went home to be with the Lord on May 3, 2026. She will be dearly and deeply missed.

Those mourning her passing are her parents Yvonne and Michael Franko; sisters Tadia Franko; Christina Russell and her husband Matthew and their sons; and Meara Gonzalez and her husband Aldo and their son; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
