Velma Yetter

Velma E Yetter age 95 passed away peacefully while a resident of The Woodlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Velma was born on February 16, 1930 to Fred and Elizabeth Kreye. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leroy Yetter and sister Shirley Abbott. She is survived by children Charles (Marisa) McFadden, Kenneth (Coleen) McFadden and Patricia (Brian) Odom. Grandchildren Keith(Tammy) McFadden, Kevin McFadden and Jennifer Odom. Sister, LaVerne (Mike)Barrow. Several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Velma was a loving, fun and caring person that lived life to the fullest. Velma was known for her impeccable style and her dedication to always looking her best.  We will remember Velma for her love for animals, her collection of mice figurines, growing beautiful flowers and she loved cooking for her family and friends. Services will be held on April 26, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Candlelight Church of Christ 4215 Watonga Blvd Houston TX 77092 with reception to follow. Burial will be a private interment at a later date.
