January 13, 1959 – August 26, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Pearl Jolene Smith, who left this world on August 26, 2025, in The Woodlands, Texas. Born in Spanish Fork, Utah, on January 13, 1959, Jolene brought joy and warmth to all who knew her throughout her 66 years.

Jolene is preceded in death by her parents Johnnie Bell White and Joseph Albert Miller; sisters Jimmie Viningre and Patricia Sayko; and brothers Gary White and Larry Miller.

In 1978 in Battle Mountain Jolene married Steven Smith and had three daughters together. They remained friends when they parted ways.

Jolene is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Tammi Kendrick and husband David; Traci Smith; Tara Smith and husband Billy as well as her partner Tommy Brown, who shared many cherished moments with her. She is also survived by her  beloved grandchildren: Amanda, Allison and husband Christian, Teddy and wife Anastasia, Aiden, Mackenzi, Ashlynn, and Steven, and her two great-grandsons, Silas and Samuel. Jolene also shared a special bond with her siblings: Jerry, Terry, and Carol. As well as numerous friends and extended family.

Jolene attended Battle Mountain High School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with connections and relationships. It was within her roles as a mother, grandmother, and sister that she truly thrived. She poured her love into nurturing her family and creating memories that will be treasured forever.

Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit created a welcoming environment for family and friends alike. Friends and loved ones are invited to join in a Celebration of Life at VFW Post #4709 in Conroe, Texas, at 12 PM. To honor Jolene’s love for gathering and community, please bring your favorite side dish to share.

As we say our goodbyes, we remember Jolene not just for the day-to-day moments but for the love and light she brought into our lives. She will forever be missed but never forgotten.
