Winnie Jo Smith passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, in Conroe, Texas, just two days shy of her 81st birthday. Her family remembers her as not just their matriarch but as a source of kindness, laughter, loyalty, and honesty, who faced life with a strong spirit and an open heart. Winnie’s life was a tapestry of love and warmth, woven together with cherished memories and the joy she brought to others. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that you consider donating to one of the many organizations that support causes close to her heart, ensuring that her legacy of generosity lives on.
