Diane Borges Batson

Diane Batson of Spring, Texas, passed away peacefully in Spring on July 31, 2026, at the age of 95.

 

Diane was born in Bergenfield, New Jersey, to her parents, Alice and Oscar Borges, on June 6, 1931. She later moved to Texas with her son, Craig Stephen Batson, where she worked as an apartment manager. She soon found her calling at ExxonMobil, where she served as an executive assistant for nearly 30 years.

 

Diane will be lovingly remembered by her grandson, Tim Batson, and his wife, Jeannie; her granddaughter, Dorothy Thomas, and her husband, Mikhail; and her great-grandchildren, Xay, Corwin, Grayson, and Skylar. She is also survived by her nephew-in-law, Mark Rockwood, and his son, Cameron, and his wife, Brittany.

 

Diane will be remembered for the many years she devoted to her work, her love for her family, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her.
