Recuerdos

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7)

Peter Evan Davidson, 76, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born September 22, 1949 in Shreveport, Louisiana, Pete grew up with a deep appreciation for family, hard work, and the simple joys of life.

Pete was a man of quiet strength and unwavering resilience. He faced cancer with remarkable courage, meeting each challenge with determination and a spirit that inspired everyone around him. Even in his hardest moments, he remained kind, steady, and quick-witted.

He shared a loving marriage of 48 years with his wife, Karen Davidson, who stood beside him through every chapter of life. He was the beloved son of Enid and Donald Davidson, both of whom preceded him in death.

Pete is survived by his loving wife, Karen; his children, Christine Hadley (Kevin), Troy Davidson (Renee), Eric Davidson (Anne), Lisa Bullock (Jacob), and Lindsay Dombek (Jeffrey); and his brother, Steven Davidson (Carol). He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.

Pete was an avid golfer and fisherman, happiest with a club in his hand or a line cast into the water. He had a way of finding humor in any situation, and he shared that lightheartedness with his family and friends. To those who knew him, he was dependable, fun and loving.

A memorial service to honor Pete’s life will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:00am at WoodsEdge Community Church, located at 25333 Gosling Road, Spring, Texas. The service is open to all who wish to pay their respects. A reception will follow at the Bullock Household at 25407 Lancaster Pine Drive, Spring, Texas 77389.

Pete leaves behind a legacy of love, courage, and devotion to family. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
